Woodbine and Woodlands

Find both Woodbine and Woodlands homes for sale here.  These two communities are tucked into the SW nestled by Fishcreek bordering it to the south, with day areas like Bebo Grove and Shannon Terrace, and the world-famous Canyon Meadows Golf and Country Club to the east. Shaw holds its Shaw Charity Classic golf tournament there every summer in support of Alberta children and youth charities. 

Woodbine and Woodlands started to be developed in the early 1980s and soon grew to around 5600 homes. Along with a local Safeway, Scotiabank, Pizza Hut and Tim Hortons plus many other shops and pubs, these shops give a small community feel. Close to the new Costco and Stoney Trail, Woodbine and Woodlands have excellent access to the rest of the city or even a quick getaway to the mountains. 

There are three schools in Woodbine and Woodlands, St. Jude Elementary, along with Woodlands Elementary and Woodbine Elementary. As well as a community center and many baseball diamonds, skating rinks, and playing fields.
