I use marketing steps to selling your home in Calgary. We live in a society that has an attention span of about 10 seconds. If I don't make this interesting I'll lose you in 3.....2......1.....ok if you're still reading then I haven't lost you!! Real Estate Videos are what sets a home apart from the next one on all those real estate websites. When someone is scrolling through and sees photo after photo, the listings all start to blend into one. With video, or at least the ones I do, I capture an audience with a hook, then land them with the rest of the video. Marketing steps to selling your home in Calgary



I use tasteful Eye Catching Videos & Photos to sell your home

Media is constantly trying to outperform other forms of media for your attention. Through tasteful eye-catching videos, I'm able to capture that attention to get people through the door. I've found with a video that people spend more time watching it than they do scrolling through photos. Don't get me wrong, there's a place for photos but only once we have their attention through video. This was one of the funniest ones I've done yet. The only issue was it was a particularly cold day. In fact, it was only 12 degrees out!! The water temp was actually warmer than the air temp so I was pretty happy to be in the water. It took a couple of takes of me splashing into Lake Chaparral to get the right look for the film but I'll do anything for the shot. This house sold in 24hrs which is always fun for my clients. 4774 Elgin Ave SE Calgary AB

This was a really fun one to do. I got to eat cupcakes!! I was hoping that we would do multiple takes so I could eat more cupcakes but sadly we got it done really fast. This house was in the heart of Mckenzie Towne in Calgary and I wanted to integrate some of the major features of the neighbourhood. One of the best parts of Mckenzie Towne is that it has all kinds of local shopping. With places like Cake Bake Shop and other boutique shops and restaurants, there's always something fun to do and tasty to eat. Have a look and let me know what you think!!

103 Leighton Lane

This video was one that took on a life of its own and we rolled with it. The excitement and ideas were coming extremely fast and they all turned out so good. In fact, we couldn't get them all in the video. The day before the shoot I spent three hours shovelling almost two feet of snow off the deck just to set up the patio furniture!!

This house when we sold it was one of the highest sale prices in the area to date. My clients had a keen eye for what people would like and it showed at every corner. No expense was spared and you could tell that was the case while walking through. These types of shoots are the ones I love doing because no matter where you point the camera it just looks amazing!! 331 Parkridge Way

This was the natural light we had when shooting this home! Doesn't get much better than that. During the spring and fall months waiting till the evening for these types of shots isn't that bad but when it's summer I have to be there till close to midnight! So we employ editing techniques to fake it. This house was beautiful and because of our marketing, it sold in 3 days!

2239 Deer Side Dr

 Since it was summer when we listed this one, we decided to go with some daytime shots and then edit them to look like sunset/dusk. This allows us to get out of the homeowners' way and take interior photos that show off how bright it is during the day. This one sold in 48hrs with multiple people waiting to put in an offer should the first one fall apart!

112 Chaparral Drive

Again we were listing this one during longer daylight hours so did some post-production editing. Since it was in a lake community this home already had lots going for it but I wanted to showcase all of the great features it had during the brightest time of the day. We had a lot of fun with this one and because of our carefully timed marketing, we had multiple offers and sold in 24hrs!!
